This one hurts because he is the inspiration for Marcus Lattrell to become a Navy Seal. After pretending to have three tours under his belt in Special Forces, records show he had one in VN as a truck driver. Unless there are two Billy E. Shelton’s in the Army, these records seem to indicate that he has joined the ranks of “Posers” across the United States.
